keep a chat open

this customer care page is a great idea. I would personally love to have an option where we can chat with a representative online, (i dont know if you already have it). Of course we all like to be understood specially when it comes to pain and disease, i dont like the feeling of talking to a machine or someone who doesnt understand or feel what i am going through. thanks.

    nobody answers the phone so I cannot order....and your computer won't send an email to reset a password...therefore you're losing business. Please have someone call asap. Denise Otten 973-476-8846 I've been trying to order since yesterday afternoon. 24 hours..and no help getting my order taken!

    It says chat option was to be available in November of 2016, I don't see it on the page< does it exist?

    I ordered a bottle of CBD over two weeks ago , and have not heard nor seen anything. I do not have the email either, accidentally deleted it also.
